Timothy Newbold joined the law firm of Di Giacomo & Somers, L.L.C. in 2009. After attending Lane Technical High School in Chicago, he went on to attend a small liberal arts university in Southwest Michigan, graduating with a degree in Political Science/Economics. Timothy then went on to attend the John Marshall Law School, graduating 2006. Being admitted to practice law in the States of Illinois and Michigan as well as the Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Timothy has litigated numerous cases in both State and Federal Court.
Timothy believes in a unique approach to client representation which focuses on the client's concerns. He is known to be both honest and forthcoming with information, making sure that his clients are always kept up to date with any progress on their situation. Timothy will routinely sit down with prospective clients, discuss their situation in depth, and then brain-storm with them about legal strategy which is tailored to the clients' unique situation and interests.
Timothy was a co-founder of and is still active with the Cicero Area Project Legal Aid Clinic which continues to operate and offer impoverished individuals' access to free or greatly reduced legal services and advice.
